48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked 4-6 weeks in advance. Whenever You book an appointment, it is your responsibility to notify John of any appointment changes as far in advance as humanly possible. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR COURTESY REMINDER TO CANCEL.
72 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text, as well as an email, confirming the details of the service appointment that you booked. Please try to reply to confirm to your vagaro emails or text messages. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR COURTESY REMINDER TO CANCEL.
If you cancel after receiving your courtesy reminder, within 48 hours of an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the base service price (availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed).
Cancellations made less that 24 hours in advance of your service will be charged 100% of the service booked.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Clients will not be rebooked if they fail to pay for cancellation or no show fees. I hate charging cancelation fees and much prefer to make you look amazing.
Please be polite and respect John’s time by notifying him as soon as humanly possible of any changes to an existing appointment so we can ensure the highest quality of service, or offer the appointment time to a wait-listed client.

Adjustments and Re-cuts
If you feel like you need an adjustment or alteration to your hair after your hair service, please contact John within 14 days of your original appointment date and he will gladly discuss adjustment options.
